Amanda’s coaching style is rooted in mindfulness. She uses present moment training to help individuals uncover, heal, and transform their lives. From her personal experience, she believes true healing only happens in the present moment. She will teach techniques to build present moment awareness, methods to stay grounded in the body, and ways to activate self-love.

Please note, Amanda’s private coaching sessions are not considered therapy. Insurance is not accepted and you will not be provided with a code for billing insurance.


Personal coaching is for individuals seeking guidance to transform one or many areas of their life. Often times, it is when we feel a level of discomfort or pain that we are compelled to begin our healing journey. The first step is reaching out. It takes courage to leave our comfort zone and seek guidance. It is this first step that is crucial for transformation. Amanda’s gentle and accepting style will help guide you to places that need to be uncovered, held with awareness, and transformed. You will learn how to identify the difference between the “false self” and the “true self.” Together, we will recognize and remove the barriers that are in your way to connecting with your most authentic self.

Parent coaching is a transformative way of healing both individually and in relation to your child/children. Parenting can be the most profound portal to awaken to your truth if you can see it as such. With Amanda’s guidance, you will learn how to stay present and connected with your child/children. We will discover the tools to remain grounded and no longer be a prisoner of reactivity but instead learn how to intentionally create the relationship you desire with your family. Amanda skillfully uncovers unconscious beliefs about parenting, helps you heal your own inner child wounds and in turn build the connected, trusting relationship that we are all seeking with our children.

Self-compassion coaching is a unique and personal form of coaching. This type of coaching is for a particular type of individual that struggles with self-acceptance. He/she may suffer from harsh self judgement, inner conflict, lack of self-trust, and self-blame/shame. From personal experience, Amanda has witnessed the power of self-love and sees this as the doorway to freeing our highest self. Particularly, if you have been practicing mindfulness (or even if you are new to mindfulness) and are still feeling barriers around your heart, Amanda’s skillful guidance can help release even the strongest walls you have built up.
